Coming off the ferry at Friday Harbor the first thing you see is the Dr. Office. Your local perscription for caffine or baked goodies. Dr Nash will take very good care of you

A huge influx of visitors over Thanksgiving filled up our little village.

This shot was taken a 6 AM overlooking the moorage just south of the U of W Labs here in Friday Harbor. The start of another beautiful day.
On our way back from Jones Island yesterday we ran across 2 pods of Orcas just outside of Friday Harbor. Very unusual. Some say this is due to the large number if pink salmon coming through the Islands right now.
Once again, one of the great ways to travel to and from the Islands.

Over the 4th of July The World came to town. Created quite a stir. All the locals thought the ship would come into Friday Harbor. Not to be. All 650′ of this floating condo stayed on anchor out around the corner in Griffin Bay, positioned to watch the fireworks from both Friday Harbor and Lopez Island.
